We're home to 50+ pieces of cardiovascular equipment, including some with Internet access so you can exercise while binging on your favorite show, streaming music, or playing a touchscreen game. Work out in our fitness rooms, play sand volleyball, or grab equipment for informal recreational activities with friends.
Join one of our fun and challenging fitness classes taught by certified instructors. Try kickboxing, spinning, strength training, yoga, Taekwondo, and more.
Need a break from the routine? The Pride Recreation Center hosts a wide variety of special events throughout the year bringing together the Widener community. These include themed tournaments, an Intramural REC-FEST, offsite trips to play laser tag, paintball, and more.
